The Micro-Nano-Technology (MNT) Project works to apply micro and nanofabrication technologies to advance the state-of-the-art of single molecule measurements, single cell measurements, and DNA separations for forensic applications. In addition, we support domestic and international MicroElectroMechnical systems (MEMS) standardization by working with standards groups to develop and provide the MEMS industry with test structures, test methods, measurement standards, and standard manufacturing practices.
